We're looking for an experienced
Lead Implementation Engineer
with strong expertise in
ITSM tools
and hands-on experience in
implementing ITSM solutions
for enterprise customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement
    ITSM architectures
    for enterprise clients.
  • Lead end-to-end
    ITSM tool implementations
    and integrations.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution handovers.
  • Develop documentation, best practices, and mentor junior engineers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in
    ITSM implementation
    (
    ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Microfocus, Zoho Service Desk)
    .
  • Exposure to
    monitoring tools
    (Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Broadcom).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and network architectures (secure zones, DMZ).
  • Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL certification
    preferred.
  • Hands-on with
    Linux/Unix and OS environments
    .
