Key ResponsibilitiesPrompt Crafting: Design and refine text/image prompts to generate hyper-relevant fashion visuals across categories like ethnic, western, fusion, athleisure, etc.Tool Testing: Actively test AI-powered tools (e.g., background generators, face swaps, AI stylists, image-to-video tools) for accuracy, style quality, and versatility.Style Curation: Evaluate AI outputs against fashion sensibilities such as color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment.Visual QC: Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on where manual touch-ups are needed.Feedback Loops: Provide structured insights to AI and product teams to improve model performance and style accuracy.Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on fashion trends and infuse fresh aesthetics into AI content via moodboards and reference prompts.RequirementsEducation: Graduate or postgraduate from NIFT or any reputed fashion design institute preferred.Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the fashion domain — such as fashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation .Fashion Know-How: Strong understanding of silhouettes, draping, color theory, and styling principles across categories.Photoshop Proficiency: Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and fine-tune images as needed.Prompting Skills: Prior experience or curiosity to work with generative AI tools (image/video generation) is a big plus.Eye for Detail: Ability to identify what makes a look “work” (or not) for a given theme or context.Strong Aesthetic Judgment: You understand brand tonality, can adapt style to different demographics, and visualize outputs even before the AI renders them.Collaborative Energy: Work closely with content, creative, and tech teams — bonus points if you speak both moodboard and matrix .
