You’ll blend creativity with analytical thinking to develop compelling content strategies, brand narratives, and campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences.Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals. - Content Ideation: Develop compelling storytelling approaches for digital campaigns, social media, video, and other formats. - Market Research & Insights: Analyze audience behavior, trends, and competitor strategies to inform creative decisions. - Creative Briefing: Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for designers, copywriters, and production teams. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and production, to bring ideas to life. - Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign effectiveness, leveraging data to refine and optimize creative strategies. - Brand Development: Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role in an agency or brand environment. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and audience engagement strategies. - Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, translating insights into actionable strategies. - Excellent storytelling and communication skills. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data interpretation. - Experience working with designers, videographers, and content creators. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:- Experience in Alcobev and FMCG. - Background in psychology, marketing, or communications is advantageous.Why work with us?- Work with a dynamic, innovative team passionate about storytelling and creativity. - Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects. - A collaborative and growth-driven work environment.How to Apply: Send your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit to yellow@lwyd.in
