About Us:Dream a Dozen is an Indian Gourmet Gifting company catering to corporate and individual clients for their celebrations.With an all-women kitchen and a passion for excellence, we’ve proudly worked with 200+ leading corporates including Goldman Sachs, WeWork, Medi Assist, and many more.We work with different agencies and tools for our marketing which include a video production house, influencer marketing agency and WhatsApp/mailer tools, etc. We are looking for an in-house creative strategist who can will lead the direction of the brand to get us more leads and conversions.What You’ll Do:Develop campaign concepts and scripts for social media, WhatsApp, and email. Plan, coordinate, and execute shoots with our creative team. Manage post-production - thumbnails, scheduling, captions, and story reposts. Create marketing collaterals like catalogues, posters, etc on Canva Upload and manage content on Shopify, Amazon, and Linktree. Track analytics across social, WhatsApp, influencers, and emailers. Ensure brand consistency across all communication.What You’ll Need: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content, or creative roles. Preference will be given if you've helped to grow a D2C brand earlier. Excellent writing and storytelling skills. Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tools. Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.What you should know: This is an on-site Role, not work from home at J.P.
