Roles & Responsibilities:
Order Procurement:
Visit local stores to procure products based on customer orders.
Ensure accuracy in procuring items to match order details.
Handle proper storage and packaging of items to ensure freshness and quality.
Order Delivery:
Deliver orders to customers within designated areas and time slots.
Follow efficient delivery routes to minimize time and cost.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining an updated inventory by reporting product availability or shortages.
Coordinate with the team to identify alternate sources for unavailable items.
Packaging:
Assist in sorting and packing orders systematically before delivery.
Ensure packaging meets the brand's quality and presentation standards.
Operational Support:
Assist with marketing tasks like distributing flyers or placing banners when required.
Manage daily operational tasks, such as sorting receipts and maintaining records of purchases and deliveries.
Provide feedback and suggest improvements to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass (basic literacy and numeracy skills).
Experience:
Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones (for navigation and order updates).
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
Other Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Knowledge of local routes and areas in Daman.
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience and performance).
Other Benefits:
Fuel allowance for deliveries.
Monthly incentives for meeting delivery or procurement targets.
