We are seeking highly organised and detail – oriented operations cum office assistant.
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position requires a versatile individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling various tasks to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Role Description
- Day to Day Admin task
- Basic Accounting Task
- Dispatch / Supply Chain
- Data Entry & Record keeping
- Office Organisation
- Co ordination & Scheduling
- Project suport
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
