Job Opening - Office Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling : Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
  • Communication : Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and drafting correspondence
  • Organization : Managing databases and filing systems, and organizing events and conferences
  • Time management : Helping with daily time management and reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
  • Errands : Running errands as requested
  • Administrative tasks : Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems, and collating and filing expenses
  • Research : Conducting research or completing corporate governance reporting
  • Liaising : Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients 

Skills

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to follow established processes

Communication skill - English Marathi Hindi

Qualifications

Any graduate /degree or diploma
