Job Opening - Office Personal Assistant
Responsibilities
- Scheduling : Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
- Communication : Answering phone calls and emails, taking messages, and drafting correspondence
- Organization : Managing databases and filing systems, and organizing events and conferences
- Time management : Helping with daily time management and reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
- Errands : Running errands as requested
- Administrative tasks : Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems, and collating and filing expenses
- Research : Conducting research or completing corporate governance reporting
- Liaising : Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to follow established processes
Communication skill - English Marathi Hindi
Qualifications
Any graduate /degree or diploma
Work Location :- Hadapsar, Pune
