SuperHuman Race is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated executive assistant to join our team. As the executive assistant to the MD, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with one of the industry's most influential executives and help shape the future of the company.Key responsibilities:Manage the MD's daily calendar proactively and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the MDAssist the MD in creating presentations and communication materials, including email, business documents, presentations, social media, and speechesLead special projects assigned by the MDSupport the MD in building relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProvide administrative support to coordinate & communicate with internal & external business partners for preparing & filing documents, updating contact lists, & providing business development supportManage travel arrangements & provide onsite assistance at meetingsCoordinate flights, accommodation & transportation arrangementsPrepare monthly expense reports & reconcile monthly statementsManage the MD's budget & provide timely reporting & analysisOversee daily tag-ups in collaboration with senior leaders at SHRDraft content for review or review existing content for tone, clarity, and grammatical accuracyLeverage the MD's time & impact by managing relationships and projects outside of SuperHuman Race, particularly related to government ministries, multilateral organizations like the UN, boards, social forums, and community engagementCoordinate with the MD's personal contacts and align the MD's personal commitments to ensure minimum confusion, overlap, and a maximum output of timeRun small local errands, if and as requiredAccompany the MD for official and/or personal commitments, and follow up on any items that require collaboration with others to ensure the timely completion of commitmentsPlan parties/events & act as the main point of contact within these functionsSkill(s) requiredEffective Communication | English Proficiency (Spoken) | English Proficiency (Written) | MS-Office | Parallel Thinking | Project Management | Time ManagementWho can apply1.
