As a Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting client acquisition efforts. This role demands a mix of research, communication, and consultative selling skills, giving you deep exposure to how digital marketing agencies drive revenue growth. Outreach & Engagement: Conduct cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls to connect with decision-makers. Understand client challenges, marketing goals, and business objectives. Proposal & Pitching: Assist in preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Client Meetings: Participate in client discussions and negotiations alongside senior sales managers. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and deal stages. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, creative, and strategy teams to refine pitches and solutions. Graduate in BBA, B.Com, B.A., Experience: 1–2 years in business development, marketing, or sales (agency experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written English; Tech-Savvy: Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach platforms. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Bigin, or similar). Understanding of digital marketing services.
