Responsibilities: ● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online ● Ensure that students enjoy the course● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. ● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. ● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. ● Conduct group and private lessons as required. ● Provide a fun and creative environment. Qualifications / Experience required: ● Formal education in English and good experience in speaking. ● Strong subject knowledge ● Relevant working experience (3+ years)● Discover your treasures hidden within Requirements: ● Good English & Hindi Communication Skills ● Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)● Must have a proper functioning Laptop/Desktop ● Must have access to strong internet services ● Experience in online teaching ● Should be available for classes on Sunday. ● Engages students in learning ● Passion for making learning fun Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED. Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (6 PM - 9 PM)1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 81& above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165/- per session + Rs.80/- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 81& above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo Salary structure for Morning slots ( 3 AM - 7 AM)1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo 26-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo 81& above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo
