Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic professionals with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international clients for our International Voice Process . The role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner. Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with clients. Document interactions and update systems as per process guidelines. Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in international voice process or customer support. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to handle international clients and adapt to different cultural contexts. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools. Additional Requirements: Shift: Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably). Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
