  • Acted as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to translate marketing objectives into scalable influencer strategies.
  • Conducted platform-specific research to identify trending creators and niche channels for targeted outreach.
  • Delivered regular performance updates, post-campaign reports, and optimization plans based on YouTube analytics and creator performance.
  • Ensured timely delivery of assets, legal compliances, and smooth execution across all phases of a campaign.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and English — excellent verbal and written communication.
  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role .
  • Proven success in handling influencer campaigns across multiple platforms and sectors.
  • Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems across niches (fashion, lifestyle, tech, entertainment, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and influencer platforms.
