Job overview:

We are looking for a proactive Client Servicing professional (2 - 4 years experience) to manage day-to-day interactions with clients, ensure smooth delivery of projects, and translate client requirements into actionable briefs for our creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced creative environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
  • Coordinate with strategy, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Build trust-based relationships with clients through consistent servicing and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for clients as required.
  • Support the business development team in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in client servicing/account management, in branding, advertising, or design agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
