Hi FolksWe are Currently hiring for AM .HR with a Leading firm based in Pune.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across various departments such as sales,marketing, finance, HR, operations, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will haveexperience sourcing and hiring candidates for a wide range of non-IT functions and a strongunderstanding of recruitment best practices.Designation: AM HRQualification: GraduateSalary: upto 7LPAExp: Min 4-6yrsLoc: Pune (BANER)Notice period: Immediate only(for Assistant Manager role we are hiring for Pune Location (Baner)/ HR Recruitment (80%) & HR Operations (20%) and Max Salary upto 7LPA)Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions acrossdepartments (Non-IT as applicable)- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelinesaccordingly- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals,agencies, and campus hiring- Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targets- Maintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourceeffectiveness- Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level compliance- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentiality- Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders- Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practicesQualifications & Skills:- 4–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to- managing hiring across multiple functions- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills- Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlinesInterested Candidates kindly share your resume at or whts up at .RegardsKhushi RaneHr Manager - Human Management Consultant
