Hi FolksWe are Currently hiring for AM .HR with a Leading firm based in Pune.We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across various departments such as sales,marketing, finance, HR, operations, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will haveexperience sourcing and hiring candidates for a wide range of non-IT functions and a strongunderstanding of recruitment best practices.Designation: AM HRQualification: GraduateSalary: upto 7LPAExp: Min 4-6yrsLoc: Pune (BANER)Notice period: Immediate only(for Assistant Manager role we are hiring for Pune Location (Baner)/ HR Recruitment (80%) & HR Operations (20%) and Max Salary upto 7LPA)Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions acrossdepartments (Non-IT as applicable)Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelinesaccordinglyDevelop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals,agencies, and campus hiringScreen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checksNegotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operationsMentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targetsMaintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourceeffectivenessCollaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level complianceEnsure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentialityProvide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholdersContinuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practicesQualifications & Skills:4–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure tomanaging hiring across multiple functionsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsProficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysisAbility to handle pressure and meet tight deadlinesInterested Candidates kindly share your resume at khushi@shunyatattva.co.in or whts up at 9869200181.RegardsKhushi RaneHr Manager - Human ResourcesKhushi@shunyatattva.co.in9869200181Shunyatattva Management Consultant
