Hi Folks We are Currently hiring for AM .HR with a Leading firm based in Pune. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical roles across various departments such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and hiring candidates for a wide range of non-IT functions and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. Designation: AM HR Qualification: Graduate Salary: upto 7LPA Exp: Min 4-6yrs Loc: Pune (BANER) Notice period: Immediate only (for Assistant Manager role we are hiring for Pune Location (Baner)/ HR Recruitment (80%) & HR Operations (20%) and Max Salary upto 7LPA) Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions across departments (Non-IT as applicable) - Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines accordingly - Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and campus hiring - Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks - Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations - Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targets - Maintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness - Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level compliance - Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentiality - Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders - Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practices Qualifications & Skills: - 4–7 years of relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to - managing hiring across multiple functions - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis - Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Interested Candidates kindly share your resume at khushi@shunyatattva.co.in or whts up at 9869200181.
