Hi Folks, We are Hiring one of Giant Client for India payroll Specialist Tittle : Payroll Specialist Years : 5-7 yrs Location : Bangalore (5-7) Shift : General India Payroll Region Immediate -15 days np only JD experience managing India PF queries/processes and Statutory Compliance reporting. knowledge in HR Systems (Workday, Service Now), MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook Experience in handling HR Compliance and PF activities for India is a must. • Experience in Shop and Establishment Act and its requirements. • Experience in resolution of complex PF related queries and coordination with PF department & compliance partner if required. • Experience in understanding of Aadhaar seeding & India Provident fund complexities. • Strictly follow and adhere to the established Compliance reporting requirements in India to ensure compliance activities are completed as per timelines. • Support India based Employees on Provident Fund related queries and support and work closely with the vendor team to obtain speedy resolution for employee PF claims and procedures. • Update and maintain employee database to ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
