Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Specialist with a strong background in SAP Success Factors to manage and optimize our payroll processes, compensation plans, and benefits programs. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, driving compensation strategies, and managing benefit schemes. Responsibilities Process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax laws. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and induction. Manage employee leave records and track accruals. Provide timely and accurate resolution to HR-related inquiries. Coordinate exit formalities, including clearance processes and exit interviews. Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related field Minimum 2-11 years of relevant experience in India Payroll HR domain Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll processes, reconciliation, benefits, compliance and statutory norms Proven track record in managing HR Operations Need to be comfortable to use MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table) & Power Bi About Us Tecnicas Reunidas group (TR) is a leading Oil & Gas International Engineering and Construction Company specialized in the design, construction and management of execution of Industrial plants worldwide.
