Designation: Payroll Trainee


Purpose of the role: To ensure the region/ client specific timesheet saving processing happens accurately by adhering to defined service level agreements.


Key Responsibilities:

• End to end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly and/or Monthly).

• Maintaining mailbox without any hassle free.

• Thorough & Vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistake

• Zero or no Tolerance error in saving timesheet and maintaining the necessary excel files

• Notifying payroll team on the special instructions.

• Arranging & Supporting Back up for Invoices to be delivered for Client

• Updating and maintaining payroll records.

• Maintaining the payroll data excel file accurately.

• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Maintains employee data by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

• Assisting the Payroll Supervisor for Various Reports as & when needed


Job Requirements:

• Freshers to maximum of 1year of experienced candidate can apply

• Candidate should have good communication skill.

• Candidate should be good with MS Excel.

• Candidate should be available for face-to-face interview.
