We work with top candidates to ensure that we can offer a full range of staffing solutions to our clients, complemented by industry-leading support services.Designation: Payroll TraineePurpose of the role: To ensure the region/ client specific timesheet saving processing happens accurately by adhering to defined service level agreements.Key Responsibilities:-

End to end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly and/or Monthly).-

Maintaining mailbox without any hassle free.-

Thorough & Vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistake-

Zero or no Tolerance error in saving timesheet and maintaining the necessary excel files-

Notifying payroll team on the special instructions.-

Arranging & Supporting Back up for Invoices to be delivered for Client-

Updating and maintaining payroll records.-

Maintaining the payroll data excel file accurately.-

Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.-

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.-

Maintains employee data by following policies and procedures;

reporting needed changes.-

Assisting the Payroll Supervisor for Various Reports as & when neededJob Requirements:-

Freshers to maximum of 1year of experienced candidate can apply-

Candidate should have good communication skill.-

Candidate should be good with MS Excel.-

Candidate should be available for face-to-face interview.
