Since 2012, we’ve partnered with global enterprises across Technology, FinTech, Media, and Cybersecurity—helping them build future-ready platforms and digital experiences.With delivery centers in the US, India, Canada, and Costa Rica, we operate as a seamless extension of our clients’ teams—driving measurable business impact and transformation.Learn more: Experimentation & Optimization SpecialistExperience: 7+ yearsLocation: Permanent RemoteYour Impact:Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Optimizely , driving measurable improvements in user experience and conversion.Independently generate innovative testing ideas, create structured hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights post-testing.Own the complete end-to-end experimentation lifecycle—from ideation to execution, QA, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Identify optimization opportunities using strong analytical skills and evaluate data from multiple sources.Build ad-hoc reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau , and automate reporting where required.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, UX, Engineering, and Marketing.Define KPIs and metrics for experiments, ensuring clear measurement and transparent reporting.Ensure 100% accuracy in test setup, configuration, audience targeting, and result analysis.Utilize strong expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), DCM , and the broader AdTech/Web Analytics ecosystem.Stay updated on platform enhancements, industry trends, and continuously refine optimization processes and methodologies.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and champion data-driven decision-making across teams.Candidate Profile:Essential Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience working with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate.2-3 years hands-on development experience (JavaScript, custom code, tags, experiment setup).2+ years experience designing, executing, and reporting on A/B and multivariate tests.Strong analytical capabilities with experience in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Expertise with GA4, Adobe Analytics, DCM, and broader Web/AdTech ecosystems.Ability to independently manage end-to-end experimentation workflows.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s or Analytics degree is a plus).Adobe Target or Optimizely certifications are a strong advantage.Preferred Skills:Experience working with dynamic personalization using Adobe Target or Optimizely.Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based product environments.Experience automating reports or building dashboards for experiment tracking.Familiarity with advanced segmentation, targeting, and analytics integrations.Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss the role further or explore how this opportunity aligns with your career goals.Looking forward to hearing from you.Best Regards,Rohit NegiTalent Acquisition Lead+
