Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our technology infrastructure, streamlining workflows and ensuring everything runs smoothly.About the RoleAs a key member of our IT team, you will design and manage the tools that power our business, including Zoho, Karbon, Stanford Tax, and Juno Tax. Your focus will be on systems and automation, but experience or interest in SEO, website performance, or digital analytics is considered a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management: Manage and optimize Zoho One applications (CRM, Projects, Analytics, etc.) to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.API Integration: Build and maintain API integrations between core tools (Zoho, Karbon, tax platforms, etc.) to streamline data exchange and improve system performance.Automation and Workflow: Create and maintain automations and workflows to improve team efficiency and reduce manual tasks.IT Support: Provide IT support and troubleshooting for system or connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.System Upgrades: Collaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimization to ensure our systems remain up-to-date and running smoothly.Documentation and Training: Document and train team members on best practices and new tools to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.What We OfferThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.
