Performance Marketing Executive/ Digital Marketing

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media platforms, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor daily budgets, campaign performance, and key metrics to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to design compelling ad campaigns.
Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.
