Position: MongoDB Database Administrator (DBA)Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (Rotational Shifts)Experience: 5+ YearsImmediate Joiners OnlyJob Summary:Looking for a skilled MongoDB DBA to manage large-scale, distributed environments. Responsible for performance, scalability, availability, and security of mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and manage MongoDB in dev, test, and prod.Handle replication, sharding, backups, patching, and upgrades.Monitor performance and optimize queries, indexing, and schema.Implement HA, DR, and security best practices.Collaborate with DevOps and app teams for integration and tuning.Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Bash, Python).Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotations.Required Skills:5–7 years as MongoDB DBA (Replica sets & Sharded clusters).Versions: MongoDB 5.x & 6.xStrong in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and Linux scripting.Tools: Ops Manager, Cloud Manager, Ansible, Prometheus/Grafana.Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.Nice to Have:MongoDB CertificationMongoDB Atlas / AWS DocumentDB experienceExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and other NoSQL/RDBMS.Soft Skills:Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and lead when needed.Interested & available to join immediately?Send your resume to:
