Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain and build relationships with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate with the hiring managers for technical assessments.
- Manage candidate interview logistics, including travel arrangements when necessary.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Experience with sourcing techniques, including online and offline approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
