We are looking for a passionate and dynamic experienced finance professional to join our finance team at Manipal Hospitals About Us: As a pioneer in Healthcare, Manipal Hospitals is among the top healthcare providers in India serving over 7 million patients annually. Today we stand as an integrated network with a pan-India footprint of 37 hospitals across 19 cities with 10,500 beds, and a talented pool of over 5,600 doctors and an employee strength of over 20,000. Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Location: Manipal Hospitals Corporate office (Old airport road, Bengaluru) What You’ll Do: Lead the financial planning and analysis function , including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates on financial performance to department heads and other stakeholders Collaborate with other departments, including operations and marketing, to align financial plans with business objectives Support the development of financial strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis to increase efficiency and accuracy What We Are Looking For : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CA or CWA preferred 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provideactionable insights Proficiency in financial modelling and budgeting tools, such as Excel and ERP systems Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders What We Offer : Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career growth A collaborative and inclusive work environment How to Apply : Ready to make your mark with us?
