Position Overview:
- Crucial role in P&L monitoring, Strategic projects, In-depth analysis and reporting of business performance
- Role will involve close working with leadership team at Rupeek including CEO, CFO and Business Heads.
- Investor interactions with regard to MIS and Strategy will be a significant part of the role
Job Title: Manager – FP&A
Education: MBA Finance/CA/CFA or equivalent professional degree.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting of financial performance to stakeholders
- KPI Tracking
- Perform Revenue analysis involving NIM reviews and help the business to focus on higher NIM businesses/ geographies / customer segments
- Work with Risk teams on portfolio risks vis-à-vis earnings and be an enabler to drive the risk based pricing wherever possible
- Cost reviews and optimisation involving in-depth analysis of key historical costs, purchase orders and engaging with functions driving the costs for optimisation
- Capital planning
- Review of Incentive plans, cost impacts and working with Business Heads on the same
- Prepare benchmarking reports on key costs ratios, ROA tree and perform quarterly peer analysis
- Preparation of quarterly presentations on financial metrics and business strategies
- Work with the Accounts teams to reconcile major differences between MIS and financial statements
Candidate Profile:
- Ideal candidate should be from NBFC / HFC / Fintech background
- Hands-on in dealing with data, both structured and unstructured
- Experience in budgeting, unit economics, variance analysis, competitor analysis
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FP&A roles preferred, experience in financial reporting can also be considered
- Candidate should have broad understanding of Ind-AS reporting standards and RBI regulations for NBFC
- Strong Excel skills and presentation skills needed. Experience of BI applications will be an added advantage
