As a Business Analyst, your role entails capturing business requirements for various engagement types supporting business cases, proof of concepts, and projects. You will ensure these requirements are validated, aligned, and documented with precision in preparation for handover to Business Stakeholders, Engagement Leads, or Technical Teams. Collecting and validating both high-level and low-level requirements through effective root cause analysis and the examination of processes, workflows, and gaps.
Authoring and maintaining superior quality requirement documents, use cases, and generating clear process flow documents in standardised formats.
Aligning with departmental and business objectives, identifying risks and opportunities, offering advisory support based on thorough analysis, and promoting best practices within the organisation.
Supporting coherence in cross-functional teams to interpret and translate complex data into simplified and comprehensible requirements.

Providing increased customer service through clear guidance and advice to Stakeholders and Team based on analysis undertaken
Continual improvement of the quality of documents and successful handover transfers to internal / external product teams for system analysis & development
Preferable Experience:
Experience of working in a large company with cross-functional and cross-country teams
Experience of upholding established Business Analyst best practices
Professional certification in Business Analyst Frameworks
