We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency, and delivering impactful results. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that align with organizational objectives.

Gather business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, detailed functional requirements, and creating various artifacts like process flowcharts, user manuals and user stories.
Evaluate existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and strive to improve operational efficiency and performance.
Should be flexible to handle any change request.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and solutions.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree a plus)
~5+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
~ Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
~ Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
~ Basic understanding of SQL
~ Excellent understanding of Excel.
~ Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), PMP (Project Management Professional), or Agile certifications.
