Our innovative approach ensures optimal patient outcomes and supports a diverse range of medical disciplines.Our first device Eva Scalp Cooling System address a key unmet need in oncology, It helps reduce hair loss caused by chemotherapy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head - Govt Sales & Market Access at Stemtech Medical Devices, located in Navi Mumbai.The Business Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for government markets, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving market access initiatives.The role includes identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The candidate will also play a key role to build and oversee sales teams and collaborate with internal departments to achieve business objectives.QualificationsExperience in sales strategies, market access initiatives, and government salesStrong negotiation and contract management skillsAbility to manage relationships with key stakeholders and regulatory authoritiesProficiency in overseeing sales teams and collaborating with internal departmentsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work on-site in Navi MumbaiExperience in the medical device industry is a plus
