We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to join a fast-growing herbal care manufacturer and exporter. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founder, driving critical strategic initiatives, cross-functional management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to execute with speed and precision in a high-growth environment.Title: Business HeadReporting to: FounderLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 10–15 years with proven P&L ownership and international business leadershipCurrent functional structure: Business Head will lead Exports, Domestic Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, HR, Operations (team of 350)Key responsibilities:- Own the global P&L; drive scale from ₹200 Cr → ₹500 Cr in ~3 years- Build the USA market as a priority, while strengthening EU/Asia and domestic- Professionalize operations at multiple locations; ensure FSSAI/GMP/global compliance- Build and mentor the leadership team; drive KPIs, dashboards, and a rigorous review cadence- Establish strong governance and reporting to the owner- Represent the company to key customers/distributors and at major global forums- Expand margins via product mix and cost discipline (freight/CHA/operations)Preferred background: Nutraceuticals/herbal extracts/botanicals/healthcare or API/pharma exports; prior CEO/COO/Business Head roles; MBA/International Business or relevant science background preferredMust-haves: Hands-on P&L in a growth context; proven export scaling (preferably USA + EU); willingness to travel internationally (~60 days/year); ability to command respect across teams; excellent English and C-level negotiation skillsThey are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
