Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven  Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, tenant management, and customer satisfaction of Varam Central Mall & Multiplex. The Mall Manager will ensure that the facility runs smoothly while optimizing footfall and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily mall operations, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor compliance with mall policies, health & safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the mall.

Tenant Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants.
  • Handle tenant relations, addressing queries, complaints, and operational needs promptly.
  • Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) billing.
  • Conduct regular meetings with tenants to discuss performance and mall operations.

Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the mall's budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Oversee rent collection, CAM charges, and financial reporting.
  • Track expenditures, minimize costs, and improve operational profitability.

Marketing & Events:

  • Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and tenant sales.
  • Organize mall-wide events, festivals, and customer engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the mall's brand visibility.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions professionally.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Facilities Management:

  • Supervise the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other facilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.

Strategic Planning:

  • Analyze foot traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to implement strategies for increased revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail/mall management or large-scale property management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with property management software.
