About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Director/Mall Experience Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, tenant management, and customer satisfaction of our mall. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while optimizing footfall and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily mall operations, including cleanliness, safety, and security, ensuring a smooth opening and closing process.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams to maintain high service standards, monitor compliance with policies, health & safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, handling relations, addressing queries, complaints, and operational needs promptly, ensuring tenant compliance with lease agreements and CAM billing.
  • Conduct regular meetings with tenants to discuss performance and mall operations.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the mall's budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, overseeing rent collection, CAM charges, and financial reporting, tracking expenditures, minimizing costs, and improving operational profitability.
Marketing & Events:
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and tenant sales, organizing mall-wide events, festivals, and customer engagement programs, collaborating with the marketing team to improve the mall's brand visibility.
Customer Service:
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions professionally, monitoring customer satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail/mall management or large-scale property management, proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
