Job Title: Senior Payroll AnalystSalary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per monthLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and analytics.Key Responsibilities- Process end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion.- Validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.- Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues.- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows.- Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.- Recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.- Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.- 4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience.- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Preferred Skills- Experience with HRIS integrations and workflow automation.- Prior experience supporting payroll audits.- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
