Job OverviewAs a key member of our payroll team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining payroll systems for the US and Canada regions. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while your functional knowledge will enable you to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.You will have 70% functional and 30% technical knowledge, with a strong emphasis on payroll process/element setup for the US and Canada region.Experience in implementations, Payroll elements set up/configuration for US and Canada region is required.A deep understanding of BIP and OTBI development, as well as SDLC and JIRA knowledge, is essential for success in this role.Additionally, experience working on Pay slip template customizations and gathering detailed functional requirements from business and documenting them in functional specifications is crucial.Key Responsibilities:Maintaining accurate payroll records and conducting regular data integrity checks.Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve payroll-related issues.Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Providing expert-level support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation/Certifications:Master or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.Knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area is a must.Why Join Us?We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.
