Senior Payroll Analyst Job DescriptionWe seek an accomplished Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee full-cycle payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate payroll completion.Verify employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.Conduct payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows.Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.Respond professionally and promptly to employee payroll inquiries.Recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience.Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
