We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Delivery Manager and manage our Design, configure, and manage disaster recovery solutions utilizing AWS ERS and Zerto for critical applications and infrastructure. Role: Delivery Manager Experience: 15 to 18 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment Proven leadership experience (15+ years) in managing and directing infrastructure services, with a strong focus on cloud networking and access management. Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing robust cloud (AWS preferred) and on-premises networking solutions. In-depth knowledge of access management principles, technologies, and best practices (e.g., Network connectivity, server infrastructure design and management, and file subsystem design management. Strong customer-facing skills with experience in engaging stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. Experience with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Establish and manage global infrastructure and connectivity deployment standards, performance, configuration, reliability and scalability in accordance with strategic policies and Cloud customer requirements. Coordinate Network operations and administration for customer connectivity. Manage installed base deployed infrastructure for optimum performance and cost effectiveness. Manage and develop Operational SOPs, infrastructure, financials and client satisfaction. Manage delivery issues and risks and create mitigation strategies. Provide oversight to ensure that Disaster Recovery customer test processes are performed on a regular basis per the service delivery customer contract requirements. Set budget and manage budget compliance in collaboration with the VP of Cloud Ops. Continuous management and awareness of the data center cost component of the cost per user in service delivery. Provide PMP input for all Program participants. Responsible enhancement and delivery operational best practices, and the infrastructure deployment component of SSAE 16 required audit compliance. Develop and execute the infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligning with overall business objectives and technological advancements. Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud and on-premise networking architectures. Establish and enforce best practices for access management, ensuring robust security and compliance across all systems and applications. Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their technical capabilities. Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure operations. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud computing, networking, and security, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
