Role : Senior Delivery Manager Experience : 17+ years Location : Bangalore Brief about the role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience, including at least 5 years in delivery management within Managed Services and Staff Augmentation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the delivery of projects and services for key customers in the Life Sciences vertical. - Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations. - Manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. - Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvements to optimize delivery processes. - Handle TCV (Total Contract Value) of over $10 million. - Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with business goals and client requirements. - Technical background and a flair to keep up with the latest trends in technology, digital transformation would be key for this role Qualifications: - 17+ years of IT Industry experience. - Minimum 5+ years in a delivery management role. - Experience managing projects with a TCV of over $10 million. Key Skills: - Extensive delivery management experience, particularly in the Life Sciences sector. - Proven track record in Managed Services and Staff Augmentation. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent client relationship management abilities. - Ability to handle high-value contracts and ensure successful project outcomes.
