We are seeking a Growth Manager to expand our offshore projects and B2B partnerships in the US market. This role focuses on innovative, tech-driven strategies for sustainable growth. You will lead project development, drive revenue across channels, and collaborate with leadership across time zones. Job Title: Growth Manager – Offshore & B2B Projects

Experience: 3-5 years

Shift: US Shift (8 AM - 5 PM EST)

Job Location: Pune (Onsite)

Salary: INR 10,00,000 -15,000,00 LPA


Key Responsibilities

  • Growth-Driven Offshore Project Development: Develop US offshore project strategies and form strategic B2B relationships.
  • Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy: Leverages revenue across channels and provides an AI-driven growth strategy.
  • B2B Client Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and adjust the offerings based on market trends.
  • Innovative Growth Stack Architecture: Develops growth stack with Attio and Apollo to maximize efficiency.
  • Vendor Partnerships for Growth: Identifies vendor partnerships for growth and expands market coverage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Reporting: Work with teams on initiatives to grow and inform leadership of forward progress.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a growth or business development role, with a focus on offshore projects and B2B client management in the US market.
  • Growth & Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to prioritize long-term growth, innovation, and sustainability over short-term gains.
  • Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools (Generative AI, RAG, AI agents) and modern tech stacks (Attio, Apollo, Clay) to drive business outcomes.
  • Strategic Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication skills to present growth strategies, negotiate deals, and foster strong B2B partnerships.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of US market dynamics and trends in offshore project development and B2B growth.
  • Leadership & Initiative: Ability to lead independently and execute cross-functional growth initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in scaling startups or new projects from inception to market success.
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with vendor management, B2B, and offshore project processes.
