Drive input efforts for referrals among all BMs, ensuring regular touchpoints and engagement.
Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.
Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the organization.
Ensure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.
Drive an average of 3.5 referrals per adopted BM and 2.5 referrals per other BM.
Achieve 100% monthly overall targets per adopted BM.
Meet cohort referral targets for other BMs to drive program success.
Skills And Expertise -
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
3+ yrs of relevant experience in driving sales nos
Proven experience in managing referral programs or sales initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management skills to execute referral program initiatives effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program performance.
Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and program integrity.
