Responsibilities:
Understand loneliness and progressive disorders among people of diverse age groups.
Co-lead the community building with other members
Plan and lead research on various interventions focused on curing Loneliness and related disorders
Work closely with the Founder and Advisors to understand, strategize, and execute plans.
Connect, execute, and sustain the mission with numerous communities and organizations in the US and India.
Ideal Candidate:
A master's degree in Psychology is required
Must have experience in counseling and therapies
Passionate and committed to the role, willing to create, train, and lead the team of fellow psychologists
An empathetic and compassionate attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willing to associate for a longer term
Have a visionary approach
Requirements:
An open attitude toward new responsibilities
Must have rationale decision-making abilities
Willing to work in a hybrid mode
Has a US B1/B2 visa (preferred)
Willing to sign a formal contract for a minimum of 6 months
Can hold online/in-person events/sessions/talks
