Understand loneliness and progressive disorders among people of diverse age groups.Co-lead the community building with other membersPlan and lead research on various interventions focused on curing Loneliness and related disordersWork closely with the Founder and Advisors to understand, strategize, and execute plans.Connect, execute, and sustain the mission with numerous communities and organizations in the US and India.

Ideal Candidate:

A master's degree in Psychology is requiredMust have experience in counseling and therapiesPassionate and committed to the role, willing to create, train, and lead the team of fellow psychologistsAn empathetic and compassionate attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWilling to associate for a longer termHave a visionary approach

Requirements:

An open attitude toward new responsibilitiesMust have rationale decision-making abilitiesWilling to work in a hybrid modeHas a US B1/B2 visa (preferred)Willing to sign a formal contract for a minimum of 6 monthsCan hold online/in-person events/sessions/talks
