Your efforts will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and supporting the team’s overall success.Languages Required:English (Required)Hindi (Required)Any additional language will be an added advantageKey Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally, following departmental SOPs.Provide accurate information regarding membership details, Invoice Details , products, services, and reservation processes.Assist members with pending dues, billing clarifications, and booking-related queries to ensure a smooth experience.Issue Resolution:Address and resolve member complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary.Follow up to ensure members are satisfied with the resolution provided.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to members.Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service delivery and communication skills.What We’re Looking For:Strong communication skills in English and HindiGood interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesPrior experience in customer service, billing, or membership management preferredMust be based in Bangalore and available for immediate joiningBenefits:Provident Fund (PF)Opportunity to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment
