**Customer Support Executive / Customer Care Executive**

**Location**: Sholapur
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Education**: Any graduate/ MBA

**Positions**: Multiple positions

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound** customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide **customer support** by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product-related guidance.
- Maintain **customer relationships** by following up on queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist in **order processing, tracking, and coordination** with internal teams.
- Document and update **customer interactions** in CRM or support systems.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by engaging with potential and existing customers.
- Stay informed about **agricultural products and feeds** to provide accurate information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years** of experience in **customer support / telesales / call center** roles.
- Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (written and verbal).
- Experience handling **B2B and B2C customers**.
- Strong **problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills**.
- Basic knowledge of **agricultural products and animal feeds** is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with **CRM software and call center tools** is desirable.

**Language**:Fluency in **Hindi** and **local dialects** (e.g., Marathi). Basic English proficiency for reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
