Lead Analyst – HR Accounting (CA or CA Inter - General Ledger (GL), R2R, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting) #Experience: 6 - 11 Years #Type: Full-Time | # ; Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Night Shift Allowances Provided) Are you a strong accounting professional with hands-on experience in Indian Accounting Standards, GL Accounting, and Record-to-Report (R2R)? A leading global organization is expanding its Finance & HR Accounting team and is looking for a highly skilled Lead Analyst – HR Accounting to manage critical GL processes, financial reporting, and global coordination. #CA or CA Inter (Only Preferred) 6–11 years of strong experience in Accounting & Finance Hands-on experience with Indian Accounting Standards Expertise in: General Ledger (GL), R2R, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting Experience in HR or payroll accounting is good to have (not mandatory) Comfortable working in a night-shift hybrid setup #Record and process journal entries for HR-related transactions in line with accounting standards Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance analysis & supporting schedules Perform GL reconciliations, balance sheet reviews & ensure compliance with internal controls Resolve discrepancies in Payroll GL interfaces and other financial operations Update and maintain financial data across systems and applications Collaborate with global teams for data inputs and accurate reporting Lead day-to-day accounting issue resolution and provide analytical insights Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and audit-driven activities #Work with a global finance team Hybrid working with night shift allowances Opportunity to lead end-to-end accounting excellence
