Key ResponsibilitiesContract Lifecycle ManagementReconcile contracts within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system.Track contract milestones, deliverables, expiration dates, and renewal opportunities.Maintain organized and up-to-date contract files and legal documentation. Legal Document Review & SupportReview customer codes of conduct and assess alignment with company policies.Review and process non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in accordance with company standards.Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Compliance & Risk ManagementConduct risk analysis of potential customers and vendors within the restricted party screening tool.Respond to onboarding requests from customers, coordinating with internal stakeholders.Respond to internal sales team regarding contract-related inquiries.Identify and escalate potential risks or non-compliance issues in contracts.Support contract audits and assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders. Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Sales, Finance) to gather information and ensure contract alignment with business needs. Administrative & Project SupportSupport the development and refinement of internal contract management processes and tools.Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, document formatting, and filing.Assist with various legal projects and initiatives as assigned. Training & Knowledge SharingHelp develop internal guidelines and training materials on contract policies and procedures.Assist in onboarding new team members or stakeholders to contract systems and processes. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field.2-4 years in a contracts, legal, or compliance-related role.Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work independently and take initiative while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and accept input and direction from others.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritizing activities while working effectively with a broad range of people.Flexibility and willingness to engage in a variety of legal matters.Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive materials and maintaining confidentiality.Familiarity with CLM systems and legal document Benefits & Perks That Support You: Onit offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support the whole employee at work and beyond: Health Coverage: Employee and immediate family members.
