Job Overvi
ew: We are seeking an experienc ed Workday Functional Consult ant to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM, with expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Recruiting module within the platform, including Core HR, Payroll. The role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of Workday solutio
ns. Key Responsibiliti
es: Workday HCM Configuration & Implementati
on: Lead or assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, etc
.). Work closely with stakeholders to define and document business requiremen
ts. Provide expertise in aligning Workday functionality with business process
es. Design and configure Workday security roles, business processes, and data integratio
ns. Functional Support & Troubleshooti
ng: Provide day-to-day functional support to HR teams for Workday HCM modul
es. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide guidance on Workday best practic
es. Work with technical teams to resolve complex system issues and implement enhancemen
ts. System Integration & Reporti
ng: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate Workday with other HRIS, payroll, and ERP syste
ms. Develop and maintain custom reports using Workday’s reporting too
ls. Advise on Workday integrations, data migration, and system enhancemen
ts. Training & Documentati
on: Develop training materials and provide training to HR teams and end users on Workday HCM modul
es. Ensure proper documentation of configurations, custom reports, and business process
es. Project Manageme
nt: Manage or assist with Workday HCM upgrade and implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budg
et. Provide subject matter expertise during the project life cycle, from planning through go-li
ve. Continuous Improveme
nt: Monitor the system for opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the use of Workd
ay. Stay updated on new Workday features and functionality and make recommendations for system optimizati
on. Required Qualificatio
ns: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fie
ld.4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, or supporting Workday HCM modul
es. Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Payro
ll. Experience in Workday integrations and report creation using Workday’s reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytic
s). Familiarity with Workday Security and Business Process configurati
on. Strong problem-solving and analytical skil
ls. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholde
rs. Experience with project management or Agile methodologies is a pl
