Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AIOps Engineer to lead our cloud-based AI operations initiatives. In this role, you will architect, implement, and maintain state-of-the-art AI SaaS on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . You will work across multiple domains, including CI/CD, security, IaaC, ETL pipelines, monitoring, and container orchestration, to ensure our infrastructure and machine learning pipelines run seamlessly, securely, and efficiently. You will also maintain IAM roles and act as the cloud administrator to manage our cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
- AIOps & Cloud Architecture: Design, deploy, and optimize AIOps solutions on GCP and streamline ML workflows, reduce latency, and ensure high availability.
- LLMOps: Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficient LLM API usage and vector storage
- CI/CD & DevOps: Develop and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines, integrating best practices for testing, deployment, and version control. Leverage tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to ensure rapid, reliable releases.
- Security & SecOps: Implement end-to-end security frameworks, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, intrusion detection, and SIEM integration, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC) & Terraform: Utilize Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments. Standardize and templatize infrastructure code to ensure scalability and repeatability.
- ETL & Data Operations: Collaborate with data engineering teams to build and enhance ETL pipelines. Optimize data flows, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and reliable for machine learning initiatives.
- Monitoring & Observability: Set up comprehensive monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Stackdriver. Proactively analyze metrics, logs, and traces to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Kubernetes & Containerization: Orchestrate multi-staged container builds and manage complex Kubernetes deployments. Focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency.
- Latency Optimization & GPU Deployment: Implement strategies for reducing end-to-end latency in ML workflows. Leverage GPU-accelerated instances for high-performance workloads, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in AIOps, DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
Technical Expertise:
- Cloud Platforms: Strong GCP experience required; AWS/Azure familiarity is a plus.
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
- Security & SecOps: Demonstrated experience with IAM, secrets management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance.
- IaC & Terraform: Proficiency in writing and maintaining Terraform code in production environments.
- ETL & Data Ops: Experience optimizing data pipelines and working with structured/unstructured data sets.
- Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks, OpenTelemetry, or GCP-native monitoring tools.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Expert-level experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and multi-staged container builds.
- Performance & GPU: Practical know-how in reducing latency and managing GPU-accelerated computing environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, taking initiatives, and leadership abilities. Capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams, including data science, security, and product development.
