Details below: Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various operational processes related to our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role involves a combination of data management, order processing, and customer support Key Responsibilities : *Monitor and update inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations. *Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and returns, providing excellent service and support. *Accurately enter and maintain data related to orders, products, and customer information in the e-commerce system. *Generate reports on sales performance, order processing times, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
