We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager who will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, product listing and catalogue listing.

Education and Experience:

- 1.Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
combination of education/training and experience).
2. 1+ years related experience in the E-Commerce industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- 1.You have experience in Catalogue Making (Single Hiring, Bulk Hiring) & Product Listing in
Details & also have an experience in Account Management handling in E-commerce
Background.
2. Build key customer relationships within the Retail/E-Commerce segments, identify
business opportunities and approach to customer, negotiate and close business deals within
our targeted customer segment and capitalize on other opportunities presented by utilizing
the Cannon sales team as support.
3.And you also have an Experience in Brand Register on the E-commerce Portals & you
also have an experience how to convivence merchant for the E-commerce Portals.
4. Lead and manage entire business-cycles, discuss terms, and understand associated legal
and business risks.
5. Manage Retail/E-Commerce segment clients with multiple opportunities across different
functions with forecast accuracy to drive sales, orders, and margin targets, and serve as the
primary customer contact for all strategic activities in this segment.
6. Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the Retail/E-Commerce marketplace along
with ongoing market conditions and competitive analysis reporting.
7. Maintain sales activity in CRM/Sheets including all contacts, leads, and opportunities.
8. Contribute to the team sales goals and objectives, participating in weekly and monthly
meetings.
9.Solve escalated complex customer service issues, responding promptly to clients and
soliciting customer feedback to improve service.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

- 1. Flair to talk and convert leads to sales.
2. Ability to work in a demanding environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines,
multi-task effectively and work well under pressure.
3. Must possess strong analytical skills as well as ability to utilize tools such as Microsoft
Office range of products, current research methods, and modern presentation methods.
4. Added advantage if have experience in Global Sales i.e. US, UK and European countries.**Requirements**:
